Shipping & Handling

 

Your goods are sent & delivered by a secure courier service called DHL. We have a standard delivery of £6.00 for UK MAINLAND only. Our deliveries will be made within 2-3 days of placing your order. Delays are to be expected during our busy periods. Orders placed on a Friday should be delivered on a Tuesday and orders placed on a Saturday/Sunday or Bank Holiday should be delivered on a Wednesday.

 

We have a separate delivery schedule for Premium rate areas. These areas include Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and islands of Scotland. These areas have a postal charge of £9.30. Europe is £15.00 postal charge and Worldwide is £20.00 postal charge.

 

Please remember a signature is required for accepting parcels. If you know there will be nobody there to accept the delivery please provide an alternative delivery address.

 

Orders

 

Whilst every effort is made to keep the catalogue of stock up to date if your item is unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or give you the date the item will next be in stock. You will only be charged when the item is dispatched.

The address book is used to store your details if you select the 'remember me' option. Guarantee/Returns

 

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any item you have purchased then it may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Provided it is returned within 14 days of receipt and in its original packaging, unused. Should the item be faulty return it to us and we will dispatch a replacement immediately. If the item is no longer available we will either refund you or offer an alternative after consultation with you. If the item is returned in a dirty and used condition we have every right due to Health & Safety to refuse to handle it and it will be returned to the sender and you will be charged for the postage. Please take care when sending the items back.
